The Email Merge application has three main sections.
Group Section - Left - this section has the group names which emails can be
assigned to. The every email is assigned to the All group and cannot be removed
from it until it is deleted.
Client Section - Middle - this section has the client first name, last name
and email address. You can add or import client details to this section, also
edit and remove.
Email Section - Right - this section is where emails are created. You also
can review the email messages that have been sent (it shows the date sent,
subject, client group and file name).

The Group Section has a list of available groups at the top (when selected
the application will display all emails in that group in the client section in
the middle)
The Group Section at the bottom has the list of groups with a check next
to the groups that the selected client is a member of. You can add and remove a
client from the group by clicking on it.
The Client Section has a list of clients and their emails from the selected
group on the top left hand side. The user can add edit and remove Clients using
the buttons at the bottom of the application. The user can also import emails
from a CSV file with the following format (first name, last name, email
address).
The Email Section is where the user creates the email to be merged and sent
to all the Clients in the middle section. The user can type in a message in the
HTML editor using the toolbar, they can also add and attachment. When the client
receives the email it will begin with the greeting set in the email settings
area (e.g. Dear Gail or Hi Gail) and the sign off will also be taken from the
email settings section (e.g. Regards, Joseph or Kind Regards Joseph).
The bottom section of the email section shows a list of all the dates the emails
were sent, the subject, which group they were sent to and the name of the file
if a files was attached.
